ABOUT US Blue Valet is a startup offering a valet service in airport and train stations for leisure and business travelers. Already established in several major cities in France, Belgium, Spain and Portugal and a key player in parking, Blue Valet offers a simple and time saving solution to reach airports or train stations! Whether for a business trip, family or friends holidays travelers can now book their valet in a single click. With a team of 150 motivated employees, Blue Valet’s ambitions are to change the experience of passengers in European stations and airports. We are in 15 airports, 15 stations, 30 sites and 4 countries. Our job? Allow our leisure and professional customers to save time on their trips thanks to a simple, premium and affordable valet service. Looking for a parking lot during hours, parking your car several kilometers away, taking a shuttle or even waiting for a taxi is now over thanks to Blue Valet. In order to continue our international expansion, we are looking for an extremely rigorous Operational Manager for Milan (Malpensa, Bergamo or Linate). Reporting to the Operations manager for Italy, your main missions will be: Management: Recruitment, training and management of your team in the field. Operations: Valets coordination and shift assignment, supervision of the correct execution of our services, management of stressful situations and issues with clients. Administration: Weekly schedules, activity reporting, administrative tasks, etc. You're the ideal candidate if: You're proactive and organized, You're motivated with a hands-on attitude (i.e. not afraid to get your hands dirty). You're autonomous, flexible and ambitious: we're talking about opening operations in a new city (almost from scratch). Available to work on weekends if needed You have a strong sense of customer service, You have a first experience managing teams, You speak English. You have a driver license.
