A boutique professional services firm is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their London office and support their European offices and presence. This is a brand new position working closely with the Global Director of Marketing and Chief Growth Officer, with 2 direct reports. The role holder will develop, lead and deliver European-based strategic marketing plans. The Responsibilities: Develop and deliver the marketing strategy and a wide range of campaigns across all European offices Work collaboratively with partners, directors, marketing and business development team members to drive results and achieve firm growth objectives Develop content to increase brand awareness, including internal and client newsletter content, firm website, proposal and presentations, and social media platforms Develop and manage EU-based conferences and events Work with global marketing team to build our marketing automation and SEO capabilities Establish relationships with key industry publications and coordinate thought leadership placement Act as a brand ambassador for the firm to ensure brand consistency across all channels Develop Eu-based content and collateral to drive demand generation The Candidate: Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in a legal or accountancy firm Proven track record of delivering multi-channel campaigns from concept to execute Excellent project management and strong writing skills Experience with web-based publishing, webcasts, videos and Adobe applications such a InDesign Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
