Blind Veterans UK helps vision-impaired ex-Service men and women of every generation rebuild their lives after sight loss. Since 1915, we’ve provided rehabilitation, training, practical advice and emotional support to tens of thousands of blind veterans. We are looking for a professional and personable person to play a key role in providing excellent administration and customer service to our internal and external customers through our Volunteer Management system. Working as part of the Volunteering team, you will liaise closely with staff and volunteers across the country helping to ensure consistency in the volunteer journey and enhance the volunteer experience with us through development of our management system, relevant and engaging communications and performance reporting. An interest in volunteering, articulate and with exceptional attention to detail, you will have an excellent level of IT literacy and communication skills. The abilities to problem solve, work with your own initiative and the ability to work with a dispersed team.
