Let's Advance Learning Music Video Blackboard Brno Blackboard Brno has partnered with Czechitas, a non-profit organization aimed at bringing more women into tech, on Project Digital Academy (DA). DA is an intensive, three-month re-qualification course and mentoring program for new female data analysts. Blackboard provided six mentors, and once the COVID-19 pandemic hit, virtually hosted the DA courses and events on our video conferencing solution, Collaborate, to ensure the program continued without a hitch. Blackboard Chennai Blackboard Chennai helps to serve the community by conducting a yearly blood drive. The donations go to a government-run maternity hospital where female patients from under-privileged communities are able to receive the donated blood for free. This event not only gives employees personal satisfaction, but also fosters a more positive, socially responsible work environment. Blackboard Bogota Blackboard's Bogota office is our hub for the LAC market and our team is growing! Employees in our Bogota office can expect benefits like prepaid medicine, Sodexo cards, and free bike parking. In addition, our spirited Bogota employees regularly host events like bring your dog to work day as well as foosball, ping-pong, and Mario Kart tournaments. Blackboard Internships Blackboard's marketing interns not only helped to deliver positive change across the global education community, but also within our organization by helping us create our first ever fully virtual internship program in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
