Manages desert experience to ensure high quality service and achieve established targets Set camp budget in coordination with DMC leadership Hire, mobilize and train resources to operate the experience Elaborate effective planning, resource and work allocation based on projected demand Coordinate operations ensuring highest service level during the experience Oversee maintenance of all camp equipment * Oversee health, safety, and hygiene at the camp Elaborate periodic reports on activity performance Ensure effective communication and compliance of camp's policies and procedures Design desert experience concept together with DMC leadership (Sr. director and sales senior manager) Support product dev. team in designing new experiences on-site. Previous experience in desert camp management, preferable in KSA Strong problem solving and customer care skills Excellent leadership, communications and project management skills Fluency in Arabic and English Job Type: Full-time Salary: ﷼25,000.00 to ﷼35,000.00 /month
