·As an integral member of planning team, the MIS / Data / Business Analyst is responsible for the design, develop, implement and support Business Intelligence reports. ·Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. ·Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information. ·Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems. ·Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner. ·Handling Multiple Reports and Dashboards with formulae, Pivot tables & Nested if, Sum If, V lookup, H lookup & conditional formatting etc., Microsoft Excel. ·Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications. ·Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential ·Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to meet business needs. ·Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making. ·Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. ·Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes. ·Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team to improve business efficiency. ·Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes. ·Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed. ·Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision. ·Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
