The Lead Enrichment team is a part of the Lead Generation Team within BGMO and is responsible for enriching the leads generated and collaborating with internal teams to develop the quality of the leads. This role is for you if you: Are quick learner and should be able to gain understanding of the products we offer and markets we cater to Can secure buy-in from relevant stakeholders independently Have a strong aptitude for understanding of business principles and can analyse and solve complex problems accordingly Responsibilities and Duties *In Lead Enrichment Team a typical month will include: * *Enrichment of Leads* ** ** Enriching leads from various sources – efficiently and effectively Effectively carrying out lead enrichment process to ascertain only MQLs get passed into the system Regularly connecting with CG front line for feedback on Marketing leads and content and acting as an internal critique for the marketing team *Key Objectives of the role* Achieve Bizongo’s objective of becoming India’s largest Multi-Category Packaging Platform by setting up a robust enrichment pipeline Collaborate with the Client Growth team to help achieve Bizongo’s objective of being a brand known for customer service Work as a team player, upholding company values and contributing to a positive working environment Understand the company vision, mission and objectives, and be aligned to them Required Experience and Qualifications *Functional competencies required for the role* Self-starter, self-motivated Ability to conduct primary, secondary research using various tools Market and product knowledge Fast learner to understand Bizongo products and services Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Analytical thinking Stakeholder management Planning and organising Job Type: Contract Salary: ₹400,000.00 to ₹500,000.00 /month Benefits: Health insurance Provident fund (PF) Paid leaves / Leave encashment Company Cab / Shuttle service Travel allowance Flexible work hours Phone / Internet reimbursement Industry: Uncategorized
