Responsibilities: To assist in manage and ensure the correct receipt of inventories. To assist in prepare put-away and to pick inventories in a timely manner to support counter. To assist in the operations of all warehousing including stock control, movements and security. To assist in ensure the efficient usage of goods, proper stock rotation and movement of goods. To assist in organize and maintain inventory and storage area. To assist in ensure store receiving and inventory transactions' accuracy. To assist in lifting, carrying, loading and unloading goods. To assist in handle local delivery stock and packing. To assist in conduct physical stock count and prepare a physical count report. To assist in liaise with various department on job orders. To assist supervisor in maintain proper housekeeping of store and security. When needed will need to report early for receiving goods and issuing goods when event. Given suggestion for improvement and need to update stock card. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
