We are looking to recruit a proactive administrator to join our expanding Bristol office. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for providing day to day admin support to our busy Restructuring team. Joining a business that puts its people first - you will shortly be working from our brand-new flagship Bristol office which is designed with agile and flexible working firmly in mind. To succeed in the role, you will need to be self-starter who is motivated to support the development and growth of our Restructuring team. The Role Your role will be a combination of data entry, document preparation and day to day admin duties which will include: Reviewing documents and identifying data to be entered Liaising with colleagues to resolve queries, inconsistencies or missing data Accurately logging all documentation received and filling electronically Preparing and reviewing documents Minute Taking Preparing information for the team in advance of client meetings What we are looking for To be considered for the role, you will need to have: Strong administration skills with previous experience ideally within the banking, financial services and/or accountancy sectors Good IT skills with a strong working knowledge of MS office including Excel Great organisation and communication skills with a flexible approach to work Excellent attention to detail If you would like to find out more about the role then please contact Ben Carter; Resourcing Manager or Jack Callow; Restructuring Manager.
