We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent vacancy for the role of Health Records Assistant. The post will support the Outpatient Clinical Business Unit, Based at the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre and will cover a range of administrative duties, predominantly ensuring patient notes are available for clinics, preparing notes/paperwork for referrals meetings. Registering referrals, Filing of notes, answering the telephone Experience working within the West Midlands Rehabilitation Centre and on the on the following systems would be desirable: Rio The successful candidates will have excellent communication and IT skills with a flexible approach to work that will meet the ever changing needs of the Service. In addition, successful candidates must work well as part of a team, be self-motivated and able to prioritise their workload.
