Duties and Responsibilities: Review departure and arrival reports for the day to determine if any units are vacant and ready to inspect Print Inspection reports and record unit number on sheet to be checked. Handle guest complaints concerning housekeeping service or refers problem to Management Notify Management of any needed repairs in all guest rooms Help all guests and employees willingly and pleasantly Willing to be trained in housekeeping and be responsible for training new housekeeping staff Inspect and inventory all rooms after they have been cleaned to ensure that all condo policies and standards have been met Responsible for keeping all storage areas and linen rooms in a clean and satisfactory condition, as well as stocked with needed items Familiar with WHIMIS and safe use of chemicals Practice safe working conditions under the Occupational Health and Safety Standards Complete any other duties as assigned by Management to ensure all guests have an exceptional experience Physical Demands: Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time Bending and lifting Carrying bags of supplies and walking from building to building in winter conditions High reaching which requires using dusters and extension window cleaners and other appliances required of housekeeping duties
