As an Application Support Engineer, you will Be responsible for resolving customer issues – troubleshooting, testing and devops Provide technical assistance on Trauma S/W installed on cloud hosted(SAAS) and Client hosted environment to US Clients Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions ASAP Document each and every stage of action taken on assigned cases on daily basis Test behavior of new features on test environment after patch upgrade in after hours Upgrade S/W tools by providing patches in after hours and perform smoke, sanity, Regression and Functional testing on them Analyze and mail Defects to QA team for further check Work on Interface down and connectivity issues Work on SQL server and locally hosted databases, to troubleshoot on any issues Learn and get trained on features of S/W and interfaces Provide interface, S/W and technical trainings to newcomers Create proper documentation of newly covered issues and upload them into knowledge Run tools required for onboarding new web customers Dev Ops and production deployments Technical requirements: SQL server, writing queries, FTP Ability to learn quickly and complete the assigned tasks without any errors Eligibility criteria: 1. Graduates with any of the following degrees: a. B.Sc. (CS, IT) + MCA b. BCA + MCA c. B.Tech. /B.E. Computer Science or Information Technology d. B.Tech. / B.E. Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication 2. Self-learner and result oriented approach 3.
