You will join us on full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £36,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience plus excellent benefits. As our B2B Marketing Manager, your role includes all our key proposition pillars of Customer Experience, Creative Technology and Performance Marketing in London, Bath, Newbury and Amsterdam. You will be responsible for our marketing strategy and the execution of the agency’s Marketing & Business Development function. You will also work closely with the Co-Founder and other Senior Board Level Directors for guidance and support. Key duties and responsibilities of our B2B Marketing Manager: Plan, own and deliver all marketing activity in support of the agency’s products and services, and the agency’s growth and reputation. This includes; financial management, website updates, award submissions, managing online presence and the agency’s content calendar Agency communications including copywriting, press releases, internal and external comms Monthly marketing and business development presentation to the Board Lead Forensics reporting and lead monitoring across all Big Group websites Representing the Agency at events Provide internal departments with research from industry memberships such as WARC, BIMA and econsultancy Budget control on business support tools including Salesforce, TractionNext, Synthesio, Hootsuite, Google Analytics etc Oversee and work with the social media representative responsible for Big Group social channels and reporting. Skills and experience required to be our B2B Marketing Manager: Essential; At least five years’ of marketing experience and at least 2 in a service related Marketing Manager role Comprehensive skill set encompassing digital, social & events MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media proficiency, good project management skills Able to multi-task with attention to detail and organisational skills Able to interact with all levels of seniority Use of online tools in a business environment, Agency or Creative Industry experience Evidence of written and oral English skills Desirable; Creative writing skills Salesforce, Google Analytics, eCRM, CMS, Photoshop, Sitecore, (on the job training will be provided) Client/Customer-facing experience in busy environments PPC/ SEO Principles If you feel that you have the necessary skills and experience to join us as our B2B Marketing Manager, why not click ‘apply’ today?
