The Role We are disruptors in our industry and are seeking a number of highly skilled Cloud System Engineers with a can-do attitude to join our growing technology team located in Dublin. Responsibilities Work alongside key stakeholders and cross-functional teams throughout the business to ensure service quality, discipline and reliability of system Be an expert point of escalation for the business on Cloud and Infrastructure issues Deploy infrastructure/apps to non-production/ production environments within the Cloud Ensure environment is robust, secure and implemented as per IT requirements and best practices Monitoring of Cloud platform, troubleshoot and overall health is maintained to optimum Create and maintain documentation on system wide infrastructure Hold regular process improvement reviews and drive team knowledge sharing activities Qualifications, Skills & Experience 5+ years Technical project experience in IT infrastructure and cloud environments You have proven experience in an operations role and you can demonstrate the ability to successfully manage cloud, Windows / Linux Servers and containers Experience with DevOps/infrastructure automation such as Azure ARM, Terraform, PowerShell scripting Exposure to programming languages such as C#, Python Proven knowledge of databases (Relational / NoSQL) and caching systems (Redis) Working knowledge and experience of AD, DNS and Networking Exposure to Azure DevOps and/or other ITSM Tools Experience with CSPs such as Azure / AWS / GCP Excellent problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills Experience with agile methodologies across distributed teams Be an effective communicator, both spoken and written Interest in keeping up to date with new technologies and industry trends BS/MS in Computer Science/relevant third level qualification OR equivalent Industry experience Desirable Microsoft Cloud, Infrastructure and Software Engineering certifications Security focused background *** NO AGENCY ASSISTANCE REQUIRED ***
