Roles & Responsibilities Job Description 1) Supervise and manage incoming inspection on all receiving goods 2) Lead role in Supplier Management including Supplier Assessment/Audit/performance review/CAPA/Improvement plan 3) Work with Engineering team and Purchasing/Procurement on resolving quality problem and parts qualification. 4) Work with supplier upfront to enhance quality level to prevent and reduce defective ratio 5) Liaises with Suppliers on any quality issues for corrective and Preventive solutions 6) To handle critical situation and provide on-site support to supplier in product quality acceptance 7) Participate in the Continuous Process Improvement Team 8) Assist PQE to perform capability study and failure analysis 9) Meet quality objective set by management & comply to all QMS requirement 10) Assist Manager on other assigned tasks 11) SQE is authorized to perform audit to vendor and approve vendor 12) SQE is authorized to sign off vendor PPAP/FA report Job requirement 1) Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical or NTC2 in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical with 1-2 years’ experience in QA Function. 2) Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO13485, IATF16949 3 Written English and PC skill in Word/Excel/PowerPoint required 4 With good analytical and good problem solving skills
