The people we hire are, like us: passionate * hard working * inclusive * honest * ambitious * warm * focused * curious * enthusiastic * and fun! - Beyond Yoga's Marketing team is growing and looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator This position will be responsible for supporting the entire Marketing team. You will work collaboratively with retail marketing, social media and brand in addition to supporting the creative and sales teams. It will report to the Brand Marketing Director What you'll do: Assisting with e-mail communication, photoshoot coordination, distribution of marketing materials, event-planning and light administrative work. Assist in the creation and delivery of all marketing assets Support vetting, planning and executing all Wholesale and Brand and Influencer events Help fulfill Sales Rep requests in addition to all consumer facing brand and influencer opportunities Log and populate marketing activation documents and budgets Fulfill and manage all product seeding requests Help manage social media customer service Assist with many facets of our in-house photos studio - sample coordination, scheduling and interfacing with vendors Provide on-set support at lifestyle photoshoots Manage press email via Zendesk Act as a liaison between departments outside of Marketing Support other arms of Marketing and Creative departments as needed Who you are: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Marketing. Experience in the Apparel Industry is a plus Microsoft Office skills a must. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong attention to detail Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Highly organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and able to prioritize multiple task Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects Problem analysis and problem solving Must have a can-do, positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience and understanding of fashion marketing/ lifestyle brands Compensation & Perks of working at Beyond Yoga: Competitive salary Benefits including Health, Dental, Life Insurance, etc. 401(k) with company matching Paid Time Off + Annual Holiday PTO (position dependent) And of course, an awesome clothing allowance
