We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join our Commercial Finance Team as Commercial Finance Analyst, supporting our Commercial or Marketing Teams through the provision of accurate and valuable financial information. Playing a key role in supporting this critical head office function you will produce weekly finance reports for your business partners, interpreting and evaluating this data to determine effectiveness of team initiatives and projects, comparing against previous years and competitor performance. You will provide insightful commentary to your team, making recommendations for improvement, helping to drive continued departmental and business performance. JOB REQUIREMENTS As the ideal candidate you will hold or be working towards a relevant accountancy qualification or will be able to demonstrate relevant experience within the field. You will have good attention detail and be able to deliver to tight deadlines in a faced paced, results driven environment. You will be a positive and motivating team member with demonstrable organisational, communication and team work skills. You will be adaptable to the needs of a fast growing business whilst maintaining professionalism and working well in a team. You will have a passion for retail and will drive for excellence in everything that you do. In return, you will receive a salary of circa £20,000-£25,000; Company bonus, Healthcare and Pension contributions. If you think you have what it takes then we want to hear from you!
