What you will be doing and will be responsible for: As part of the People and Culture team, the Health & Safety/HR Administrator reports to the WHS Business Partner and is responsible for supporting the WHS activities within the organisation, along with providing general HR administration support to the People & Culture function. The main responsibilities of this role include WHS reporting, RTW assistance and first point of contact for WHS queries along with HR administration support in the areas of Training, Recruitment and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Return to work (under the guidance of the WHS Business Partner) WHS reporting WHS monthly topic First point of call for WHS queries and monitoring the inbox Working with managers to show them the WHS system Training support Recruitment Support HR admin support ‘What you look like’ and need to demonstrate to be successful’. At least 2 years prior administration experience working within a WHS or HR Department and/or supporting related activities Experience working in Return to work is essential A high level of attention to detail and competent administration skills A fast learner who is interested in WHS and human resources High level experience and competence with Microsoft Office suite; especially Excel Organised and methodical Strong customer service approach Happy to support the entire team and put their hand up and help in any required areas (that are predominantly administratively based) Previous NFP experience viewed favourably A valid Child-Related Employment Screening via Department of Human Services viewed with preference.
