Junior Tactical Planning & Control Specialist Overview of the role: Do you enjoy solving puzzles and do not quit until they’re done? Then you might be in the right place. We are now looking for a curious and driven problem-solver to join our team in Iași, as Tactical Planning & Control Specialist. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for all scheduling and reporting related matters for the accounts in scope. You will compile reports based on the operational data and will be in constant contact with team managers to support them with understanding operational metrics, lead regular meetings to review service fulfillment and other delivery indicators and help in finding actions to improve operational performance from resource planning and optimization perspective. You will be responsible to adjust workload forecasts, create schedules for service delivery teams and provide training for supervisors on how to use the workforce management system implemented within the group, both initial and refresher courses on a regular basis. A part of the role would also be to support global TP&C team in new initiatives and projects towards business objectives and the company’s strategy.
