Food Production Supervisor The Food Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth running of all aspects of production ensuring high quality food products are produced in accordance with all operating standards. Responsibilities: Create labour, production and distribution schedules. Produce food products in accordance with provided specifications including quality and quantity. Hire, train & manage teammates to ensure desired performance is achieved and all operating standards are adhered to. Provide hands on experience in day to day operations. Manage special projects and ad-hoc reports as requested. Ensure and maintain a high level of sanitation, food safety, and safe working environment. Ensure overall compliance with the Workplace Health & Safety Act. Qualifications: Previous supervisory/management experience in a food processing facility or manufacturing plant. Ability to communicate in English. Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP plant experience is an asset.
