The opportunity We are currently seeking an ambitious and creative Human Resources Business Partner to join our Corporate functions team, located in Port Melbourne. Reporting to our highly collaborative HR Manager - Group Functions, you will be responsible for; Partnering with the business’s Group Functions, to provide senior management and business leader guidance and support to deliver Business Unit strategy; Providing support in rolling out Group HR initiatives and projects; Managing the full employee life cycle including onboarding, performance management, process improvement, development planning, talent management, succession planning, performance reviews, and org design; Leading ER investigations while mitigating risk and following procedural fairness. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in the 'grey' and doesn't have a black and white view of HR. Additionally, you will have; Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a related discipline Proven experience in a fast-paced HRBP role An excellent understanding of current legislation, best practice, and HR methodologies The ability to build relationships with all key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation The talent to embody core values regarding collaboration, transparency, resilience, exceptional service at all times and determination.
