Key areas of responsibility Assist Nursing Staff in a range of care duties for residents. Ensure care given is resident focussed. Ensure a high standard of care is maintained. Ensure privacy & dignity of resident is maintained. To establish and Maintain relationships with residents based on respect and equality and also promote resident’s independence. Assist other staff in maintaining a clean, safe environment. Maintain confidentiality of information. Report to Nurse any concerns regarding the residents. Record information relating to resident care as required. Participate in in-service training & education.
