Roles & Responsibilities Permanent headcount, Singapore based Firm focuses on real estate, data centres, offshore marine Good opportunity, global platform, good career progression and strong deal flow Responsibilities would include: Source and analyze investment opportunities Responsible for the structuring and executing of the acquisition of data centre assets Conduct financial modelling to assess / support acquisitions; present financial analysis to key stakeholders Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with external advisers/ consultants Preparation of investment papers, presentations and other materials as required Review legal documents Prepare regular sector research to keep apprised of updated trends and market news/information including the review and analysis of financial, market information and analyst reports from sources including Tier One Research, Bloomberg, Data Centre Dynamics etc. Profile of Ideal Candidate: Degree in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent from a good university Prior experience in investment management At least 8-10 years of relevant experience Good report writing, verbal, financial modelling and presentation skills Independent and able to work under tight deadlines A team player If you are keen to have a preliminary chat, please send me your CV directly to [email removed] quoting reference number CL/160184/FB.
