Beata is committed to be a strong, vibrant and viable aged care provide which focuses on our staff and clients' satisfaction. Beata Homecare was formed in 2016 by two registered nurses who have a passion and vision to help as many people live at home for as long as possible, because they both believe there is no better place than home. We believe that people are happier and more comfortable in their own home. This is why we are committed to providing quality, flexible home care for the elderly to support their independence. We offer compassion, understanding and respect, and always treat our clients with dignity. We offer our clients home care services including domestic care such as cleaning and meal preparation, social support, transport, gardening, personal care, and case management to coordinate all of this and more. We also appreciate the different cultural background and preferences of our clients, and we will listen and endeavour to fulfill their needs. Beata also believes that staff need to be well looked after for our services to be of high quality. We provide training materials for ongoing development, as well as providing continual feedback and support. We value contribution of each staff member and celebrate success together.
