Beam Suntory is a place where you can come Unleash your Spirit by making an impact each and every day Role Responsibilities Inspection of incoming dry goods Sampling & testing of all dry goods & FG To maintain all quality documents (FG & DRY) as per ISO system Internal auditing of all dry goods vendors to ensure that they adhere to Beam standards To update & maintain all specifications of dry goods To assist store in FIFO & maintain only accepted quality stocks in warehouse Calibration of all lab equipment’s on set frequency MIS reporting like Plant Scorecard and Executive Summary Record update for Line Efficiencies Operation of GC system EOL and OL defect evaluation Responsible for Focused Improvement element in Lean manufacturing journey (OBSW) Internal auditing of BWH stocks In absence of Asst Manager-Blending & QC will run department independently (Preparation of blends, updating excise records etc.) Qualifications & Experience In Depth understanding of quality processes in Alco Bev Industry including Packaging standards and latest technology and developments. Attitude towards going in Deep in any subject towards Root Cause Identification. A Positive Frame of mind- work towards corrective action. Should be able to keep composure during stress situations. Inter-personnel Relationship and excellent communication and peer level working. A complete Team Player. Good understanding on ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, Food Safety Standards and Legal Metrology standards. A computer literate, Ability to work and contribute in ERP working culture. Excellent Microsoft Office skill. Additional experience in working in Excise controlled industry will be an added advantage. Ability to contribute in Plant Safety and Occupational Health issue.
