Our goal is to help our clients find their dream home or most interesting investment opportunity in the market. 2) Responsibilities: - Managing clients and their inquires in the CRM so they are optimized - Rating the clients and inquires in the CRM platform - Developing sales opportunities from the current inquires of clients - Working with sales team to propose properties to client inquires - Signing up clients with buyer agent agreements and understanding their search criteria - Finding listings out of the platform with other real estate partners to introduce to our clients - Working with sales agents to insure clients have been properly attended - Working with client service department to insure that all leads are attended within the expected time - Checking leads and insuring that they are attended on time - Book viewings of managed client inquires with sales team - Insure that client expectations are met & sales objectives are accomplished OTHER: - Work with the team to improve CRM processes and functionalities - Work with sales managers to accomplish sales objectives 3 Requirements: - Previous experience in sales in objective related positions - Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and English (French and other languages would be a plus) - Having high organizational, productivity (time management) and planning skills - Proactive person, that is a team player and that is very goal oriented - Able to work in a dynamic and fast passed environment 4) Benefits & Conditions: At Bcn Advisors we offer a great work environment in a full time position with possibilities of growing.
