Our Opportunity: The Project Management Office (PMO) System & Reporting Analyst Officer will bring their demonstrated experience in project delivery and performance reporting to join Bayside City Councils newly established Enterprise Project Management Office. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in this new & dynamic team & support Bayside City Council to deliver a growing & exciting portfolio of community based & internal projects. To be successful in this role: Ensure that the approval and delivery status of Council's enterprise portfolio of Capital and Operating projects is accurate and accessible by project staff, managers and executive at all times. Ensure the effective operation of the Executive Project Board meetings. Ensure the effective operation of the project creation, approvals and status tracking/reporting processes. Ensure all processes, tools and templates of the Project Management Framework are current and accessibility via the council Intranet. Provide efficient and effective administration, maintenance and user training of the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and increased maturity of the Project Management Framework (PMF) and PPM system. Ensure all project staff receive the support and advice required to allow effective use of the PMF and PPM. How to apply: 1.
