About Bay Systems Consulting, Inc. Bay Systems, Inc. was founded in Oakland, California in 1998 by Jasmine Ali. As an immigrant, finding a job to support your family has always been at the forefront of Jasmine's mind. Jasmine has dedicated her life to helping people find the perfect job. Ms. Ali started her career as a recruiting for a large staffing company in 1994 and has always had a passion for helping others and be a great part of improving economy. This is clearly evident in how she runs her staffing business today. Jasmine recounts her mom's teaching that if help other people find a job, then good karma will come to you and you yourself will always have a job. This is a story Jasmine often shares with her colleagues and friends. Bay Systems is a SBA certified 8(m) woman-owned, disadvantaged, and HUBZONE small business. She built the company from start-up to a technology service company in the Silicon Valley area. Clients include federal government agencies such as Department of Defense, Department of Energy, NASA and other large corporations such as SAIC, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon.
