Description Regional Relationship Manager –Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a Regional Relationship Manager for the Upper Valley, New Hampshire area. This position is responsible for prospecting, originating, processing, and evaluating new business; the closing of commercial loans, as well as maintaining and servicing existing relationships. It is also responsible for representing the Bank in the local community, and marketing the Bank’s products and services. This position works closely with support staff and analysts to ensure total customer satisfaction. To qualify, a candidate should have excellent customer service, organizational and analytical skills, careful attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The ability to analyze and interpret results to support logical conclusions is required. The successful candidate must manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment. A minimum of five years of banking experience is required with at least two years of commercial lending desired. A college degree in business administration, finance or related field is preferred. Proven business development and communication skills are a must.
