Description The Director provides leadership and support by planning, budgeting, developing, and overseeing areas related to the Patient Experience and Culture: Patient and Guest Services, Discharge Call Center, and Concierge Services. Partners with HR and OD to develop programmatic components that impact organizational culture: Orientation, On- Boarding, Employee Events, and Employee Activity Committee. Under the direction of the CEO is responsible for creating an Caring Human culture, where legendary patient experiences are born and patient loyalty lives. Proactively develops innovative employee and customer experiences, service initiatives by using best practices used in other industries. This position creates proactive strategies/programs to strengthen employee/team dynamics, mapping patient experience, automating processes, and designing training's for employees. Collaborates with leaders to anticipate patient and employee needs and develop programs around the opportunities identified. This position requires someone who is constantly discovering and implementing new ways to enhance a culture based around BHSF's core values. Has a leadership style that is dynamic, collaborative, and thrives on innovation and change. Qualifications Masters degree required. At least 5 years of relevant experience required with at least two years of experience in learning program design (project design, planning and implementation). Knowledge of customer service principles and practices including customer experience design. Experience in employee training and development field. Demonstration of superior classroom management and presentation skills. Demonstration of advanced curriculum design and facilitation skills. Employee learning program design. Knowledge, understanding, application and development of training and development metrics. High level verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to relate to employees and leaders at all levels. Proven quality and consistent teamwork (department and organization) and effective project management skills. Bilingual preferred. EOE
