We are currently looking for a Bank Operations Support located at 2605 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT to work Monday Friday 9-6. The Full-time Bank Operations Support provides support for online banking customers, prepares and processes wires for customers with recurring wire agreements, and provides general customer support. To qualify for this Bank Operations Support position you must have: Excellent phone and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. Ability to follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion. Proficient Excel and basic Word and other general Microsoft Office skills. This Bank Operations Support position requires you to: Provide support for online banking customers. Process incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Ensure wire transfer requests are processed accurately and timely. Maintain wire related research requests as needed. Provide general customer support
