Sales Associate – Bamford Barn Our Bamford family is growing, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Associateto join us. Full time contract, based on 40 hours per week, salary £20,000 pa. plus, commission. About you As a Sales Associate, you will be required to greet all clients and ensure they receive a 5* star service whilst in the store. As our Sales Associate you will also be responsible for maintaining high standard of cleanliness throughout the store. You will follow the Bamford philosophy to the highest professional standard. Main responsibilities · Ensure exceptional familiarity with the all products across the in-store selection, a full range of clothing, home, bath & body and lifestyle. · Proactively build customer relationships · Process purchases and maintain stock correctly · Maintain exceptional standards of housekeeping & displays Requirements Experience of luxury retail would be an advantage A brand champion who believes wholeheartedly on the importance of the Bamford brand and products in relation to the overall customer experience Natural multi-tasker with a can-do, flexible attitude & positive energy Excellent communication skills are key to this role A natural team player who can bring inspiration and creativity Your professionalism and attitude will reflect the brand.
