Responsibilities: Machine and upgrades installation, test, commissioning, service in the field. Provide training to customer operators and maintenance personnel, also to other BWP personnel. Troubleshooting issues, onsite, online, over the phone and e-mail Technical support for customers and other service personnel Product Development, support for the other value stream teams Reporting required, timely and accurate written Daily and Signout reports, Time and Expenses online entry Adherence to local and customer Health and Safety policies Requirements: A technical qualification in Engineering: Controls, Electronics or Mechatronics. Experience working on electrical and mechanical industrial equipment. Expert knowledge and experience on corrugated/carton production/finishing equipment is preferred. Mandatory good written and spoken communication skills in English and ideally other western European languages too. Valid driving license and passport. PC literacy Work location: Customer facilities, typically in Europe, Africa and Middle East, but also BWP facilities worldwide Target 20 days a month in the field, the remainder as time off. The team member can be based at a home location of his choice, as long as it is within reasonable distance from an international airport.
