It's nothing to be scared of, we're just looking at your reasoning skills and working styles. The second stage is a prerecorded video interview. We know no one enjoys doing these, but hopefully we've got some helpful hints and tips for you. The final stage is an assessment centre; they're all virtual, so you won't even have to leave your house.
