The BSA Group is a comprehensive technical services, contracting company focused on the delivery of design, construction and maintenance services to the commercial and industrial sectors. BSA Advanced Property Solutions is seeking Graduate or Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Acacia Ridge, QLD. You will be a part of the Mechanical Services team responsible for the delivery of a range of mechanical services projects. You will be trained to cover below responsibilities: Planning and delivery of projects to satisfy the requirements of Quality Assurance guidelines, budget and project brief Quality and delivery of technical elements of projects Completion of required activities to deliver projects including investigation, analysis and design in accordance with accepted practice and principles Working with project team members for the completion of project deliverables Completion of projects ensuring that the requirements of the Project Quality Plans are satisfied Formal design training, which will also include exposure to the site/field factory, estimating and commissioning Prepare both manual heat load calculations manually and by computer program Perform design and engineering tasks for major projects, special projects, tenancy division, this will include duct and pipe design and distribution and many other facets of the design process; Assist estimating with proposals and pricing for tender bids Liaise with suppliers and site personnel and subcontractors for each project. About you: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or demonstration of relevant experience in a contracting or consulting practice. Passion for engineering and hands-on field based work.
