Job Responsibilities Export Shipment: - a Manage all export shipments of boilers cargoes from BM to final destination. b Checking & Monitoring all export documents to shipping agent /insurance agent & fumigation agent c Ensure all shipping documents from vendors are in place and proper. d Manage appointed shipping for transfer of boilers cargoes from BM to final destination. e Monitor and ensure all fumigation prior shipment. f To submit cost analysis for Form D. Import Shipment: - a Coordinate & control all import licence (MITI) and COA (SIRIM) of all import shipments b) (Raw materials-seamless Carbon steel tubes & boiler plates and instruments and etc.) c) Ensure Production Department/Store Department on statue import movement. d) Ensure all import delivery from Port Klang to BM Store. e) To claim import duty draw back (Boiler tube & Boiler plates). Other Duties: - a) To submit import marine claim and conduct joint survey with Insurance surveyor for insurance claim. b) Monitor carrier vendors and consistently resolves customer issues. c) Summarize packing cost (Tropicana) and delivery local transport. d) Attend to custom officer (Industrial and import duty drawback). Job Requirements a) Min. Degree in Logistics or equivalent. b) Min.1-2 years working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably with vast knowledge/experience in Logistics/Shipping related work. c) Good written and verbal skill in English and Bahasa Melayu. d) Possesses Analytical, planning & conceptual thinking skills. e) Computer-literate and proficient in Microsoft Power Point and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Word. f) Possess communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 to RM4,000.00 /month Experience: shipping and receiving: 2 years (Preferred)
