You will be used to working in a fast-paced event environment managing multiple projects and customers. To succeed in this role, you will need a background in the events industry including conferences and exhibitions, and have hands-on experience of managing marketing and PR campaigns in Vietnam. Role and job specifications The role encompasses two different areas: Marketing and Business Development Researching, contacting and negotiating with potential media & marketing partners relevant to our events. Managing and developing relationships with local government authorities to ensure the legal coverage of the events Managing PR and negotiating with various media channels for advertising and promoting our events. Creativing and developing relationship and collaboration with local schools, language centres, universities and higher education institutions, to promoting the fairs. Providing creative input on digital and print advertising. Managing the day to day operation of the events’ websites, organising and reviewing translation of weekly articles Operations and Logistics Assisting and collaborating with colleagues in managing relationships with venues, stand contractors, bus companies and local suppliers. Assisting and collaborating with colleagues in recruiting and managing staff working at the events Helping to compile the exhibitor manuals and assist clients attending our events. Helping to manage our relationships with international clients, exhibitors, sponsors and partners. Attending international fairs to manage build up and successful operations on the day, including travelling between cities in Vietnam, Thailand and China Assisting colleagues in clients' participation issues and problem solving. Receiving invoices from suppliers and arrangement with finance team for payment. Managing a marketing budget and updating actual costs YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC Key attributes we are looking for include: Strong written and spoken English. Robust skills in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Minimum 2 years’ experience in event organisation and marketing. Organised, committed, responsible, detail-oriented and self-disciplined. Ability to travel overseas when required. International language and experience in the education sector is an advantage.
