must posses experience in food manufacturing company in the relevant job such as testing, ay to day Sensory testing of Critical Ingredients and Finished products, Monitor on Site GMP, HACCP, QMS, FSMS, Programme are followed, review the master Cleaning Schedule for the site Verify the daily QA reports, validate, indicate the deviations, corrective actions, and report to Q A Manager, Must be capable of making new product specifications, registering the same with regulatory authority, getting products approvals, shelf life analysis, nutritional panel calculations. Assign the subordinates projects with the new customers with time line output based on capabilities. Conduct internal trainings/ audits, checks for facility Updation and maintenance. Responsible for updating the documentation, records, meet customer/regulatory audit requirements. Investigating Customer Complaints., Raising corrective action reports and follow up with the sales team and customer, liaise with QAM/Management Conducting annual Allergen validations, Site’s Pest Control Programme, management and implementation of the Environmental (Swab) Monitoring Programme, monthly external verification, yearly calibration Programme Maintain attendance of the team, review performance, progress of the individual and report the management. Any other work as assigned by the manager.
