ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, the selected candidate will be responsible for the conception and development of marketing strategies for BIAL’s products within the different geographical areas represented in the Emerging Markets. The Key responsibilities are: Define the regional marketing strategies; Develop and execute the strategic and operational plans of each brand; Define quantitative and qualitative goals for brands, based on the markets’ opportunities and threats, as well as analyze the products strengths and weaknesses; Manage the Marketing Budget and other resources needed to achieve the brand´s goals; Follow-up the implementation of the strategic plans in the regions; Top KOL management across the territories; Manage and coordinate the brand kit material execution; Provide training and coaching to the local sales teams and support the teams in all strategic activities; Manage major marketing events across territories and KOLs visits to BIAL headquarters. REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Economics and/or Management; MBA, Masters or postgraduate degree in Marketing (preferential); Minimum experience of 5 years in brand / product Management; Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Fluency in more than one foreign language: English (mandatory) and French or Spanish (written and spoken); Excellent communication competencies and good social skills; Ability to work with international and global team; Solid planning and organizing skills; Strong sense of autonomy and high level of responsibility (mandatory competencies); Determined, results driven and with strong teamwork capabilities, focused on working cooperatively towards a common goal; With good creativity skills valuing the ability to think outside the box, to identify opportunities and proactively display ideas and solutions; Strong sense of urgency with analytical expertise and logical approach towards problem solving; Availability to travel.
