About the role To support our growing organization, we are looking for an IT support specialist in our office in Berlin. In addition, you will also support and scale the management of IT demand in our indoor gyms and help us to validate and evaluate new hardware sensors we use in our workouts. Responsibilities Support IT demand in projects related to our hardware sensors, batteries, gym IT infrastructure Optimization, development and documentation of our internal IT infrastructure Contact person and troubleshooting for questions about IT at our different locations Conceptual design and administration of the IT security systems Preparation for new employee onboarding, setting up hardware, licensing Purchase and inventory of hardware and software (mainly Mac and Windows OSs) Administrative management of the existing IT infrastructure (Google G suite, Internet, backup, 3rd party tools) Further development of existing IT infrastructure and processes and automation of regular tasks Desired skills, personality traits, and experience High affinity for IT infrastructure, software solutions and process optimization Practical experience in the administration of IT hardware, servers and software Analytical thinking and independent work Communication skills and enjoy working in a team Service thinking, openness, flexibility and helpfulness Eager to always learn new things and ownership Practical experience in the administration of Windows and MacOS Knowledge (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP) of network installation and administration (WAN, LAN, WLAN), firewalls and VPN Knowledge of security and access concepts Good knowledge of the common operating systems, as well as Linux and MacOS and their integration are advantageous Benefits Modern Tech-Stack and well-structured development process Join our journey to build the largest fitness company that is delivering lasting wellbeing in the world Become part of a highly motivated and international team of Europe’s fastest growing fitness technology startup backed by Europe’s best VCs and a unique team of fitness experts A working environment that is built on care for one another, trust, openness, relentless focus on doing the right thing and grit The right equipment you need to get your work done!
