Our Management Trainees will undergo intensive training program to be competent in all aspects of café operations, delivering service excellence to our customers. Responsibilities Assist in and oversee day-to-day café operations Preparation of all food and beverages Assist in taking orders, cashiering and serving of orders Perform opening / closing of café Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the café Manage the inventory and assist in stock replenishment Requirements Degree in any field No experience required as training would be provided Strong passion with a keen interest to work in a café environment Committed in achieving customer satisfaction and service excellence Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a pleasant personality Candidates with F&B experience would be a plus
