The incumbent will help write the Operation Risk (OR) framework, policy and procedure, while helping with the development, maintenance and implementation for all policies within Operational Risk Management Department (ORD). Job Duties Include but are not limited to: - Management o Provide training, feedback and professional development opportunities to all team members o Execute and ensure adherence to all policies Drafting the Operational Risk (OR) framework, policies and procedures impacting Operational Risk Management o Ensure adherence to Branch policies and procedures o Support with the execution of department strategic objectives - Governance o Management and maintenance of all policies and procedures within the department o Owner of the policies and procedures within the department - Reporting o Help with Head Office (HO) reporting and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) maintenance o Risk aggregation and reporting to all executive committees Job Requirements - Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences - Bachelor’s Degree is required. - Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred - Knowledge of financial and banking industry regulations, process, activities and requirements are preferred - Knowledge of OCC heightened standard, operation or enterprise risk management concepts is preferred - Exceptional communication, analytical, problem solving and project management skills are preferred Job Type: Full-time Education: Bachelor's (Required) Work Location: One location Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off
