Duties & Responsibilities: Projects are delivered on time, on budget and with features and functionality specified at Purchased Order/Sales Order. Facilitates the development and acceptance of the Project. Executes the Approved Concept Frame together with the structural & electrical plan. Manages and controls the project in line with project and budget plans developed. Executes successful handover of project outputs into relevant support area of the project. Gathers documents for requirements of Signage Permit per project. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including resource oversight, project budget management and timely report. Identifies, plans and coordinates project activities, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverable and success criteria. Develops and executes detail, full scale project plans, including project timelines and milestones. Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data to support project activities and objectives. Implements projects in accordance with agreed project plans, tracking project milestones and deliverable. Effectively manage interfaces and relationships between multiple projects. Formally close the project and conduct/gathered close out report(LED Punch list from design team and structural punch list from PMO). Timely work project update for the client and AVO Management. If changes apply. Communicate any revised, change specification, plan etc to client timely and re approve any changes.
