*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent *Preferably with experience in construction management, quantity surveying and project monitoring and FDAS *Responsible for monitoring assigned projects according to the plans, specifications and schedules *Monitor the work program of sub-contructors *Conduct periodic site inspection and submit progress report and recommendations *Attend periodic technical meeting with the owner, architect, project engineers and contractors *Coordinates preventive maintenance programs and other maintenance activities *Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage Job Type: Full-time
