The Intake Coordinator is responsible for general reception, and admissions. Responsibilities include answering the phone, taking phone messages, Screening clients and admissions calls quickly and efficiently, Verifying Benefits, facilitating communication between staff and clients, scheduling appointments for current clients, Providing appropriate orientation to program aspects post admission, including documentation and data input into computer system, maintaining cleanliness of the facility lobby area, and performing special projects as requested.
