Greetings from Avance Consulting Services, We Have Requirement for UI UX Designerwhich is a permanent position with one of our client in Hong Kong. JD As Below: As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for the creative digital design, prototyping and interactive experiences in; web and mobile application projects. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative problem solver who is able to grasp user wants and deliver suitable solutions that meet users’ needs and expectations. A strong portfolio of successful work and other technical projects is essential. Keeping yourself up with the latest technology trends that advocate great physical and digital user experiences. Key responsibilities and tasks · Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver beautiful user experiences across multiple platforms. Including websites, apps, and other touch-points.· Conduct user research including but not limited to contextual interviews, usability testing and A/B tests, and present your findings to the team.· Deliver user requirements specifications, personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flow diagrams, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications.· Deliver interaction design, build on existing UI patterns, and visual design language.· Contribute to and refine UX and UI pattern libraries and design guidelines.· Work within the Client's quality standards, process, schedule, and deliverables.· Participate in design workshops with various stakeholders and business units and actively articulate your views within the workshop. · Bring your multidisciplinary point of view of product design to the conversation.· Effectively communicate with development and business teams through all stages of design and development.· Be able to focus on user needs and how your solution will solve their pain points. ·Ability to self-motivate and deliver results in a timely fashion.· Collaborate, create, and help the team deliver. Qualifications / Experience · 5+ years of work related experience required.· Bachelor's degree in Design / Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or equivalent experience· A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to turn ideas into reality. A portfolio that provides insights into the candidate’s design thinking process is a must.· Excellent communication; Fluent in English, Cantonese, Chinese a definite plus.· Experience conducting user research, including contextual interviews and usability & accessibility testing· Must have strong interaction and visual design skills with the ability to design quality user interfaces· An understanding of inclusive design including knowledge of accessibility standards· Delivery of a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc).· Good writing, communication and presentation skills· Proficiency in a variety of design and experience tools including but not limited to: Sketch, Invision, Photoshop and Illustrator · The ability prototype in HTML/CSS, JavaScript is a plus · An understanding of the development process and how your design decisions will affect the development of the product.· Ability and willingness to sketch/whiteboard in real-time.· The ability to participate in design workshops· Experience working in small multi-disciplined collaborative teams· Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively· Familiarity with technical and or business decisions and the ability to work constructively and persuasively with development teams and stakeholders to deliver an optimal design solution.· Have an understanding of Agile methodologies and SCRUM
