The Role Working as part of our elite direct sales team in our Head Office, you will be looking to join a winning team that exceed targets The Ideal Candidate The role of direct sales agent is vital in our business, and as such the ideal candidate will posses the following: Be a highly driven sales professional with excellent communication skill Have an outgoing confident personality Care about our customers and always put their needs first Thrive in a fast paced sales environment and contribute to a positive environment for everyone Excellent resilience and determination to succeed Ability to be self motivated and take control of your own performance Dynamic and driven to achieve both your own target but also be an integral part of the team overall Duties and Responsibilities Achieve and surpass daily, weekly and monthly sales targets Build strong rapport with customers and have strong active listening skills Demonstrate strong understanding and skill on the sales process with a proven track record of delivering results consistently Ensure every sale is fully compliant and ensure that cancellation rate is managed in line with company guidelines Be a self starter with great communication skills You will be open, caring and want to make a real difference for our customers.
