If the answer is yes, then Autoglym may have the opportunity you have been waiting for… We are currently recruiting for two Warehouse Team Leaders to join our Distribution Centre in Letchworth Garden City. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday on double day shifts. Offering a competitive salary plus attractive rewards and benefits. As a Warehouse Team Leader, your main responsibilities will include: Responsible for organising themselves, their team and their work area in order to meet delivery targets Maintain Health and Safety standards within the Warehouse and promote a positive Health and Safety culture on site Accountable for the completion of all administration and paperwork connected with their area of operation, accurately, in full and at the correct time following correct procedures Responsible for communicating to the Assistant Warehouse Manager any likely problems in achieving daily targets Monthly one to one reviews with their team Responsible for the training and development of their team members. Ensuring that training needs identified through Performance reviews are met Responsible for informal discipline with regard to their team members and taking part informal disciplinary proceeding when required up to the verbal warning level Taking part in the recruitment of new team members. Ensuring new team members are given the correct induction Who are Autoglym?
