A Sales Representative will consult with authors on self-publishing a book or consult with authors who have published a book with Author Solutions. The first point of contact with our Authors and will assess their needs to determine the best publishing package available to get the Author’s book to market. Key Functions: Consults with prospective authors about our publishing and/or marketing platform Maintains authors in our CRM tool as directed by management. Closes business based on the author’s needs and goals and introduce new options to the author Maintains a minimum number of calls and call activity as determined by management Demonstrates self-reliance by meeting/exceeding workflow needs Completes assigned duties based on daily business needs and individual skillset Consistently produces a high volume of quality work Capable and adapts as needed to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Qualifications: At least one (1) year sales experience preferred (background in BPO upselling, cross-selling, retention/saves, field sales) Excellent written and oral communication skills Benefits you will enjoy: ✔️Unlimited Commission Scheme ✔️Free HMO with Dental coverage ✔️Free HMO for your two (2) dependents ✔️Fixed weekend rest days ✔️Christmas and New Year break Job Type: Full-time Salary: Php30,000.00 /month Experience: BPO and/or Field Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Cebu City, Cebu (Preferred)
