AusHealth is a dynamic and successful company specialising in the provision of on-site health and safety services to industries across Australia. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor - Drug and Alcohol, you will provide a high standard of customer service through your interactions with a range of clients and perform on-site screenings for drugs of abuse in the workplace. No experience is necessary as training will be provided, however experience and training in the health sector, handling biological specimens and/or workplace safety will be highly regarded. You must enjoy working autonomously and possess a smartphone, current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle. This is a casual position so hours will fluctuate and are not guaranteed. You will need to have good availability for shifts 24/7. Key Responsibilities of the Role: Perform workplace drugs of abuse testing for breath alcohol, oral fluid, urine and/or hair Maintain chain of custody of specimens and accurate records of all on-site visits Organise transportation of specimens to laboratories after collection, as required Skills and Attributes Required: Exceptional face-to-face customer service, interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in the use of electronic devices and software programs including tablets and online forms Strong attention to detail Ethical behaviour and adherence to privacy principles and confidentiality requirements Strong time-management skills and the ability to work autonomously Availability to work on an as-needs basis, 7 days per week Access to a reliable transport and have a current Driver's Licence Must be legally entitled to work and live in Australia If you have well-developed interpersonal and organisational skills and a "can do" attitude then this is the role for you.
